Day 5 - My ₦52,500 So Far: Profit or Loss? An Honest Update

Day 5 of my 100 Shares Challenge.

Everyone keeps asking me, "How much have you made so far?"

The honest answer is, I have not sold any shares yet. My 100 shares are still in the market.

The price moves up and down every day. Some days it is green, some days it is red. That is normal in the stock market.

On Day 2, I made a mistake. I almost sold when the price dropped slightly. If I had sold that day, I would have lost about ₦3,000.

What I learned from that is simple: Investing is not a get-rich-quick scheme. Patience is what pays in the long run.

My plan has not changed. I will hold these 100 shares for the long term and continue to add more gradually.

You can start your own journey with as little as ₦5,250 or ₦10,500. You do not need to wait until you have ₦52,500 like I did.
